Town Hall Q1 2023: Positive Progress and Awards at cmlabs

The Town Hall is back again in Q1 of 2023. As previously done, this event, which is held at the end of each quarter, is aimed at presenting the progress and work results of all divisions in one period.
At the beginning of 2023, the Town Hall was held on April 6 and was attended by all cmlabs teams, both online and offline.
The first Town Hall in 2023 was attended by the CEO, CMO, Technical Director, VP, and Managing Partner of cmlabs, as well as every division of cmlabs: Dev, Writer, SEO, Marketing, Visual, and HR.
On this occasion, each division presented the progress results from Q1 and submitted plans for the second quarter.
The progress we made in Q1 2023 has proven to be much better than the previous period.
In Q1 2023, there was positive growth with significant progress in several areas, as detailed below:
- The Dev Division successfully completed 36% of the target for the development of Sequence 2023, marketing tools, and campaigns for Sequence and cmlabs.
- The Visual Division focuses on strengthening brand foundations by increasing the quantity of assets, improving broadcast quality, and completing the brand guidelines module that has been created.
- The HR Division has two main priorities in Q1, namely establishing cooperation with several campuses and conducting recruitment.
- The Marketing Division has achieved a significant increase in revenue compared to the previous period. In the second quarter, Marketing will launch more seasonal campaigns.
- The Writer division exceeded its target in the first quarter by producing 107% of the expected number of articles. For the second quarter, the focus will be on project scalability and internal documentation.
- The SEO Division has achieved its target of 100% with a 91% project success rate. The focus in the second quarter will be on team scalability to support achieving higher project success rates.
This achievement is an important moment to motivate the entire team to continue to provide better results in the future.
Apart from the mandatory agenda, there was something special at the Town Hall this time, which was the best employee, best lead, and best division awards.
There was also something different about this Town Hall compared to the previous ones. This time, the event was not held in the office but in another place for a change of scenery.
In addition, to celebrate Ramadan, the Town Hall event this time presented an opportunity to hold an iftar with all cmlabs employees.
Overall, the Town Hall and the iftar have been carried out successfully. Each division develops and provides positive results for the company.
With the progress made in Town Hall Q1, hopefully the entire cmlabs team can grow more to better meet the company goals in 2023.
