Having a Great Responsibility makes an HR must master several supporting tools in this field. One of the HR responsibilities is recruiting new employees. Now it is available online and offline applications that are commonly used to assist HR tasks in employee management.

1. HRIS

HRIS stands for Human Resources Information System. This tool makes HR’s duties easy to take important decisions such as absences from work, taking a salary and leave. HRIS helps HR in creating and analyzing accurate reports, so it increases the productivity between manager and employee and no need to spend a lot of energy.

2. Attendance

Attendance is one of the HR tools to make attendance so that employees will not skip work. Human Resources usually uses attendance tools in the form of fingerprints. This tool is useful as monitoring employee performance in order to continue to be disciplined and honest while on duty.

3. ATS

ATS or Applicant Tracking System is an application that is usually used by HR in handling the employee recruitment process by sorting resumes belonging to prospective employees who are suitable for work at the company. The way ATS works is based on choosing keywords for a specific position. If a resume has a determined keyword, ATS will put the overview at the top of the search results.

4. KPI

KPI stands for Key Performance Indicator. It is a business metric which is used to evaluate the determinants of company success. HR usually uses KPI as a tool to measure HR company performance. Starting from the recruitment process, training, selection, work management, career relationships up to company development.

5. Bitrix24

Bitrix24 is an HR online tool that is used for human resource needs. This tool provides a directory for employees, permit requirements, knowledge management and managing forms for taking leave. Besides, it is usually used as a tool in the recruiting new employees process.

6. SAP

SAP is a software that must be mastered by an HR. The features that are provided by SAP are time management and presence, payroll, compensation, human resource planning, and learning management. The data employees will be collected in the system and will not be duplicated so that the confidentiality is well maintained.

7. Equip

Equip is a cloud-based HR tool. The software provides indicator performance and awards for the employee, human resources planning, calculation of salaries and overtime wages, calculation of expenses and automatic commissions, discipline management, attendance, assessment to work change management.
