The BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest 2025 is a prestigious international competition initiated by the BRICS PartNIR Innovation Center (BPIC). This event is designed to strengthen practical cooperation among BRICS member countries, i.e., Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, while also involving global partners in presenting technology-driven solutions relevant to modern industry needs.

Since its inception in 2020 through 2024, the BRICS Industrial Innovation Contest has produced numerous outstanding projects with global potential. In 2025, the competition returned with the Indonesia Round, which took place on August 15, 2025, at Podomoro University, Jakarta.

Out of a total of 50 participants from Indonesia competing in the event, cmlabs secured the bronze medal and became one of only 3 Indonesian companies to advance to the next round in Xiamen, China. In this stage, cmlabs will compete alongside top finalists from various countries.
