Obstacle We Encountred

In developing the Damessa website, there were two main problems, namely visuals and function. In general, the problems arising were:

  • Website design that was not user-friendly.
  • The website function was not informative.
  • Content Management System (CMS) switching from Wix.
  • The reservation system was not yet working well.
  • SEO rankings that were far from expectations.
  • The website was slow to access.

Our Best SEOlution

To deal with the problems above, we made several efforts, including:

  • Collaborated with external designers to create designs and website display guidelines that were more informative and attractive.
  • Changed CMS from Wix to Wordpress.
  • Installed a modified WordPress plugin to run the reservation system.
  • Made SEO improvements by updating article content.
  • Ensured that the website was accessed more quickly by using the right plugins, scripts, and images when building the website.
  • Created user flow for the Damessa website by focusing on user needs to make it easier for users to find the information they need.
