Google SERP algorithm shows abnormal fluctuation after Christmas 2021. While Google itself hasn’t released an official statement on this, some web owners complained about this on social media and SEO forums.
Normally, some types of websites experience traffic jolts during a particular time, such as in the middle of a pandemic surge, holiday, or new year. However, on 26 - 28 December 2021, some websites that used to have decreased visitors got a sudden traffic escalation.
There is still no update for this issue but if you are affected negatively by this algorithm jolt, we hope that your website traffic will be normal soon.
