Once you have successfully entered a new keyword into your domain, our system will immediately start the crawling process and you can see your keyword data for today’s ranking after 15 minutes the keyword was successfully added. Daily data updates on the following days will be carried out every 00:00 based on the time zone that your team has previously set.

You will get daily keywords data such as historical keyword ranking data, view keyword metrics consisting of SERP features, search volume, device, market, CPC, indexed URL, last crawl time, keyword added time, and competition. In each keyword detail, you will get daily data on organic and absolute rankings history, SERP archive, HTML preview of the SERP, search volume by market, language, and device you have set for that keyword.

We implement a pay-as-you-go payment scheme where you will be charged for your usage cost plus 11% tax which will be billed monthly to your team. Only IDR 1,800 or equal to USD 0.12 for each keyword, you will get complete tracking results on each targeted keyword.

Billing will be carried out per team on the 25th at 00:00 every month based on the time zone set by your team. The bill includes the accumulated total usage fee and 11% tax. If the billing payment is successful, your team status will remain active, but if it fails, your team status will change and you will not get the latest data on that team or even be unable to access your team. To avoid team status changes, we provide estimated usage costs for the next month calculated from the usage cost of all keywords on your team. If you are the team owner, you can access your billing history for the last 12 months in the Payment and Billing menu.

Yes. You can register your account on our cmlabs 3.0 application. After you successfully complete the account verification process, you will get a free balance of IDR 1,080,000 which you can use to track 50 keywords every month for 12 months.

No. Our team management system divides access rights based on member roles which include team owner (owner), admin, and members (editor or viewer). Where the team owner (owner) and admin have almost the same full access rights, the difference is that the admin cannot access the Payment and Billing module of the team. Team members are divided into 2, namely members who can manage data (editors) and members who can only view tracking results (viewers).

Yes, after you add a domain in cmlabs 3.0, you are required to specify a keyword location. cmlabs 3.0 will perform a Google crawl according to the target market you have specified.
