As a banking company with high authority, OCBC Bank strictly maintains the security of its information, including its official website. This might cause Google's crawling bot to have trouble crawling the OCBC Bank website.

Issues with Tracking Conversion Targets

In 2023, the cmlabs team and OCBC Bank agreed to OKRs achieving certain conversions on SEO activities carried out on the website. However, due to limited access to the official OCBC Bank website, the cmlabs team struggled to install tracking tools and implement the strategy formulated at the beginning of the year.

Susceptible to Seasonal Content

Operating in the financial and banking sector, the OCBC Bank website is susceptible to certain topics and trends. In this case, if there was a downward trend in the financial industry, website performance would be affected and experience a decline.
