Clean & Tidy is a SHR (Super Hair Removal) service provider based in Singapore. Clean & Tidy has collaborated with cmlabs since June 2023 for technical SEO and On-Page SEO which focuses on organic traffic and commercial keyword rankings. Check out our collaboration journey below.
Because the Clean & Tidy website has just been created, there was not much content available on the website yet.
Due to its condition, the website structure was still inadequate in terms of SEO. Therefore, we needed to expand the structure, but still within the scope of the Clean & Tidy business, to capture more keywords.
Because the website has a YMYL niche and fierce competitors in that niche, it was difficult for the Clean & Tidy website to get a high authority.
To meet content production targets, cmlabs created a content strategy and plan using keywords related to hair removal.
cmlabs coordinated with the Clean & Tidy team to activate new pages on the website to easily target keywords optimally.
In this case, we focused on relevant keywords, such as hair removal, to gain topical authority or credibility for a topic of discussion. We also ensured that these keywords ranked high.
After collaborating with cmlabs, the Clean & Tidy website experienced rapid growth of up to 504.65% until January 2024.
In the second half of the collaboration with cmlabs, Clean & Tidy experienced more than 60% increase in leads compared to the previous period. Leads refer to individuals who express interest in a product or service and have the potential to become customers.
Overall, Clean & Tidy's organic ranking is at 42.97 and the absolute ranking is at 45.2. This figure appears to be not optimal, considering the tight competition for YMYL topics on a global scale. However, the cmlabs team continues to strive for a comprehensive SEO strategy to support their keyword ranking.
Clean & Tidy occupied the 35th position in brand position based on data from Sequence Stat. Our client is greater than several direct competitors who operate in the field of hair removal services targeting the Singapore market.
Clean & Tidy has the most prominent performance in terms of market share. This is because the cmlabs team focuses on commercial keywords and develops travel content pillars so that they do not touch on YMYL topics and get new consumers.
With a gain of 25% in the top 10, Clean & Tidy had not managed to outperform YMYL-themed websites with a global target. However, our clients were relatively greater on the YMYL topic compared to hair removal competitors in Singapore.
The organic traffic of the Clean & Tidy website was stagnant at the start of the collaboration. This was because the targeted YMYL topic has a limited search volume in Singapore, whereas Clean & Tidy competed with websites on the global stage. Therefore, the cmlabs team developed the topic to another niche that was still related, namely travel.
With only 60++ captured keywords, Clean & Tidy experienced rapid growth of up to 504.65% until January 2024. This was because our content pillar did not only focus on YMYL topics, even though it was very relevant to the client's core business.
