I hereby affirm that I shall duly provide PT CMLABS INDONESIA DIGITAL (hereinafter referred to as "cmlabs") with the file I have submitted. By doing so, I acknowledge cmlabs' ownership rights over said file, granting them unrestricted usage, including commercial purposes.
The file submitted to cmlabs represents my original work, which I consciously forwarded to cmlabs for my participation in the cmlabs Doodles Contest 2023. I further declare that cmlabs shall be indemnified from any future claims or demands, as this file solely emanates from my creative endeavors. Consequently, I assume full responsibility towards any third-party legal claims that may arise, whether on a regional or international scale.
The prize awarded for this contest shall take the form of monetary compensation in the amount of IDR 3,000,000 (in Indonesia Rupiah). It is imperative to note that only one winner shall be designated in this contest. The aforementioned sum shall be disbursed no later than August 31, 2023.
In the event that the subsequent stipulations are satisfied, this competition shall persist and proceed to the selection phase forthwith. Firstly, it is imperative that a minimum quota of 30 applicants successfully undergo scrutiny and validation of their respective works. Subsequently, it is further required that no fewer than five diverse individuals, distinct in their capacity as registrants, advance as finalists within the competition.
Failure to comply with the rules and terms may result in the disqualification of entrant(s) and any related Contest Entry and, in such event, any prizes or awards granted must be returned to the cmlabs committee.
