OpenAI is Launching The GPT Store for GPT Builders

In November 2023, OpenAI revealed its plans to launch a customized version of ChatGPT known as GPTs (GPT Store).

So, what is the GPT Store?

The GPT Store is an online platform created by OpenAI, set to be launched in the second week of January 2024. This platform is designed to assist builders in:

• Showcasing and Publishing their GPT Models: By registering their GPT models on the GPT Store, builders can exhibit their work for widespread use.
• Finding Suitable GPT Models: Users can search for GPT models available on the GPT Store based on specific criteria.

 

In this version, OpenAI allows users, particularly ChatGPT Plus and Enterprise users, to create personalized GPT AI agents to carry out various tasks using the powerful GPT-4 language model.

Through the GPT Store, builders can share their customized GPT agents with other users. These personalized agents can range from those proficient in explaining Gen Z memes to experts guiding users through negotiations.
