cmlabs x LPTUI Collaborated to Deliver an Online Psychotest Platform for a Government Program

Lembaga Psikologi Terapan Universitas Indonesia (LPTUI) is an official institution under the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia, with a longstanding track record in research, assessment, and human resource development. With decades of experience, LPTUI continues to innovate and adapt to technological advancements to support various national-scale assessment and HR development programs.

In mid-2025, LPTUI was entrusted to conduct a selection process for one of Indonesia’s government ministries, including administering psychometric assessments for more than 20,000 participants across the country.

To ensure an effective and digitally facilitated selection process, LPTUI partnered with cmlabs as its technology collaborator to provide the infrastructure for an integrated online psychotest system and selection portal. In this collaboration, cmlabs’ role focuses on developing and optimizing the digital systems that support the assessment operations—without intervening in or taking over the psychological selection and assessment processes, which remain fully managed by LPTUI.

Through a secure, scalable, and user-friendly technological approach, the cmlabs team designed and built a platform capable of handling thousands of participants simultaneously while maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of the assessment process. Every element of the system was tailored to meet LPTUI’s scientific standards and professional ethics through close coordination and intensive discussions between both teams.

Website Development to Streamline the Selection Process

As part of our strategic partnership with LPTUI, cmlabs played a key role in developing a dedicated website designed to streamline the participant selection process for a major government program.

The website serves as a central hub that integrates every stage of the selection journey, from registration and verification to online psychometric testing and assessment result reporting, within one efficient and accessible system.
