Type of Report You Can Submit

Actions that violate the applicable laws in Indonesia.

Actions that lead to a situation where an individual, in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, has interests outside of their official duties, whether related to personal interests, family, or the interests of other parties, thereby potentially compromising their objectivity in making decisions and policies within the authority granted to them by the company.

Actions that are not in line with the corporate culture formulated based on positive values that grow and develop within all company personnel, to achieve common goals and as a reference for company personnel in making decisions and taking actions.

Actions of deviation or deliberate negligence carried out to deceive, defraud, or manipulate insurance, customers, or other parties, resulting in losses for the insurance, customers, or other parties and/or the fraudulent actor gaining financial benefits, both directly and indirectly.
